I’m not going to say anything as I knock on wood, and throw some salt over my shoulder but this year may just be the year … (muffles the urge to say what I know in my heart is real for fear of it not coming true). But until then … SAN DIEGO SUPER CHARGERS!

I am soooo ready to go home it’s not even funny. I almost never get homesick, but my mom emailed me the stupidest joke this morning (it had to do with dead monkeys) and I almost cried on BART. Yup, it’s time for Miss Shannon Elaine to get her ass to the 19.04. I’m looking forward to sunshine, bar fight partners, deviled eggs, the beach, warmth in general, carne asada fries, little (big) brothers, Wings ‘N’ Things, and Chargers games. Wednesday cannot come fast enough.
