I could really care less about college football since UCSD had zero athletics and sold dumb shit like this at the bookstore, but as a UC alum and a current Berkeley resident, I’m backing Cal. Plus I don’t look so hot in red. My four years in a SuHi cheer uniform will atest to that.

Dilemma Du Jour [Concert Edition]

Fun Fact: When Ferna and I were first getting to know one another, we didn’t have much in common when it came to music, which, if you know either of us, is huuuuuge, and kind of a dealbreaker. What can I say, I liked Freezepop and Ratatat, he was into Lyrics Born and Mac Mall. We didn’t exactly see eye-to-eye, but we did manage to bond over our love of all things EPIC, including MUSE.

We’ve always talked about how fucking rad it would be to finally see Muse live in concert, and five years later we just might get a chance this December when they headline the Live 105 tour. Prayers answered right?

WRONG. Cuz I could give two shits about Vampire Weekend, and while I might’ve been down to see AFI ten years ago, I don’t really want to hang out with a bunch of emo teeny-boppers all night. Is $50 not including “fees” worth it to see 45 minutes worth of the GREATEST BAND OF OUR GENERATION?
